COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Link-belt DSHB22547E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nuttall products, including obsoleted and phased-out Placid parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Boston product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nuttall such as the HE80 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H11241B52 manufactured by Placid and we are pleased to be able to service most Placid systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FWC738600B56 by Manufacturer Boston as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Brad Brand G1056 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Grove such as FHMQ51210HRIEC56B1414MM equipment made by Grove have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Grove products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Grove" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E460K0899636N made by Us as well as the popular FA47AKS original spares produced by Sew-eurodrive Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FA67AM182 by Sew and FHMQ51210HRIEC56B1414MM spares by Grove are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E24MDSS51240EK Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Winsmith. |
