COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Link-belt CD-355 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sumitomo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the D16D580 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHHM204235DBYB165 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CNHJ6085Y29 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Us Brand E449F0631359N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Link-belt such as CD355 equipment made by Link-belt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Link-belt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Link-belt" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CL412261GRLH made by Formsprag as well as the popular F71815B5G original spares produced by Boston Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CHHS6190YR217 by Sumitomo and CD355 spares by Link-belt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E43MDSM53240EK Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Winsmith. |
