COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Link-belt CD-355 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sealmaster parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 David-Brown product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the F103232SB5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EMP31 manufactured by Sealmaster and we are pleased to be able to service most Sealmaster systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D599515 by Manufacturer David-Brown as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Boston Brand F31830G1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wells such as ENCODEROS25635505A13 equipment made by Wells have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wells products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wells" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CL42155202 made by Formsprag as well as the popular FA67BDRE90L4BE5HRASB8TH2W original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DSS5207 by Falk and ENCODEROS25635505A13 spares by Wells are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E43MDSM53240GC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Winsmith. |
