COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Link-belt BY410604A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Us product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emp such as the DDT2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHHS6225DAY559 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E460 by Manufacturer Us as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand DFT80K6V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumitomo such as CHHM15 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F72115KB5GFUTFIDB made by Boston as well as the popular CVFJ6175DCY1211184TC original spares produced by Sumitomo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EPB22444FE by Rexnord and CHHM15 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CHHJS4185DBYR2165 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo. |
