COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Link-belt BY410602A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Boston products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsmith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sumitomo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Boston such as the F653A40B9 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E30XDTD manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CHHS6190YR217 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ohio Brand DB24252262200EMC56 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew-eurodrive such as DFT80N4BMG1HRZ equipment made by Sew-eurodrive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew-eurodrive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew-eurodrive" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E24MWNS made by Winsmith as well as the popular F1755B5G original spares produced by Boston Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E050R by Madler and DFT80N4BMG1HRZ spares by Sew-eurodrive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ELQ010600VI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electra-gear. |
