COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Link Belt T3CL216N parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magnetic-Autocontrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Load-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetic-Autocontrol such as the MUB3C403 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XP80TTADC manufactured by Ls and we are pleased to be able to service most Ls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PFR700GTE by Manufacturer Load-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Magnettek Brand 637540201F2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ls such as SV022IG5A4 equipment made by Ls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LR7100 made by Lion-Precision as well as the popular 622B11111CA original spares produced by Mac Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 184THTL7776 by Marathon and SV022IG5A4 spares by Ls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 46X9400010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Louis-Allis. |
