COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Linearsuremotion Automation Direct LACP-16T06L1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Littelfuse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Littelfuse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Magnescale product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Littelfuse such as the NANOSMDC020F2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BD280113010 manufactured by Littelfuse and we are pleased to be able to service most Littelfuse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DK812BFLR5 by Manufacturer Magnescale as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marathon Brand 256TTDBD6012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by M-System-Technology-Inc such as KSP14R equipment made by M-System-Technology-Inc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire M-System-Technology-Inc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "M-System-Technology-Inc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B104H3BBEF made by Magnetrol as well as the popular CIMRG5M7P5 original spares produced by Magnetek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8700170 by Louis-Allis and KSP14R spares by M-System-Technology-Inc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 215THFW7726 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marathon. |
