COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lincoln TF4282 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Witenstein products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yasakawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Witenstein such as the SP1005MF1101E12S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGMPH04AAAGB01 manufactured by Yasakawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yasakawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGMS20A6AB by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGMG20ASR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as TDA130503A0S equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SVL207 made by Ac-Servo-Motor as well as the popular SGMPH08AAE4CD original spares produced by Yaskawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMG20ASRAB by Yaskawa and TDA130503A0S spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SK0205056C05 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nord.
