COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lincoln SD4P30TC61Y parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pacific-Scientific product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the R88MW75030TB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S8350SJ00AB manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S32HNNARNNM00PX90010 by Manufacturer Pacific-Scientific as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fuji Brand PNB2040Z in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fincor such as RBA2 equipment made by Fincor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fincor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fincor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RM676B676B303 made by Motion-Control-Systems as well as the popular SD2972 original spares produced by Mj-Tooling Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SD4P150T64PY by Lincoln and RBA2 spares by Fincor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SAM1070 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
