COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lincoln SD4P100TSC61Y parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lincoln products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rx130hr1136 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lincoln such as the SD4P100TSC61Y spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RX130HR1136 manufactured by Rx130hr1136 and we are pleased to be able to service most Rx130hr1136 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SA42TDT80K4 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand PPCR022NNT2NNNN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tokyo such as PVB6RSY20CM11 equipment made by Tokyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tokyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tokyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R27DRE90L4 made by Sew as well as the popular S33HNAARNNM00 original spares produced by Pacific-Scientific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S182T by A.-O.-Smith and PVB6RSY20CM11 spares by Tokyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
