COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Linak CBD6SP00020A-109 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Losma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lust product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Losma such as the GUARD20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3DMGX545 manufactured by Lord and we are pleased to be able to service most Lord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CDD34005C21 by Manufacturer Lust as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lutze Brand 743204 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lineax such as 2020 equipment made by Lineax have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lineax products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lineax" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 256TTDBD6012 made by Marathon as well as the popular DBL08PL50DP original spares produced by Lw-Scientific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 80036035 by Manz-Automation-Keba and 2020 spares by Lineax are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HMI5100T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Maple. |
