COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lightnin 75Q-25-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Grove products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Boston product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Grove such as the BMQ220753140TC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AT014060U0 manufactured by Micron and we are pleased to be able to service most Micron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BKCHQC72415PB5HSP16 by Manufacturer Boston as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Carlson Brand B35883 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sm-cyclo such as CHHJ617587 equipment made by Sm-cyclo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sm-cyclo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sm-cyclo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AlphaLP made by Wittenstein as well as the popular 93864280 original spares produced by Gates Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7HP2 by Philadelphia and CHHJ617587 spares by Sm-cyclo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 917MWUS064XOFA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Winsmith. |
