COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lighthouse DPF-04021132 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Microscan products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microscan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Minebea-Nmb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Microscan such as the FIS08600001G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 980001520011652226 manufactured by Microscan and we are pleased to be able to service most Microscan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PRFS20MP by Manufacturer Minebea-Nmb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Montronix Brand VS100100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magnetrol such as 350800005L equipment made by Magnetrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnetrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnetrol" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 629A14608 made by Mks as well as the popular GHSA750050 original spares produced by Macro-Sensors Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MODELD40SSS by Micro-Motion and 350800005L spares by Magnetrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C201 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Middex-Electronic. |
