COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ligent EPON-ONU-PX20+ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Maxtec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Epsilon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Milltronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Maxtec such as the R125P01003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ILD1402200000 manufactured by Micro-Epsilon and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Epsilon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XPP4 by Manufacturer Milltronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand MF622DST12231 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mokon such as TH2Z78 equipment made by Mokon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mokon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mokon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MHPFR32Q made by Micro-Switch as well as the popular FEMLS53B original spares produced by Micro-Switch Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CMF010M313NQBUEZZZ by Micro-Motion and TH2Z78 spares by Mokon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CT124 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Minco. |
