COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lifton 76NB-08-1-S-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Macro-Sensors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Swich parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mobrey product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Macro-Sensors such as the GHSDR750500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OPDAR30 manufactured by Micro-Swich and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Swich systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 71414456TD2GR1NDESPE1 by Manufacturer Mobrey as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micro-Motion Brand DS040S121SU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Load-Sentinal such as 220040A equipment made by Load-Sentinal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Load-Sentinal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Load-Sentinal" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS065S239SU made by Micromotion as well as the popular CMF050M315PU original spares produced by Micro-Motion Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CMF100M328NRAUEZZX by Micro-Motion and 220040A spares by Load-Sentinal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10106729 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Msa. |
