COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Liebert 415761G 2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Philips products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asea parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lubriquip product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Philips such as the 532221491038 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 48980001E manufactured by Asea and we are pleased to be able to service most Asea systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 510770110 by Manufacturer Lubriquip as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand 44A731660G01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Zebra such as 46702Rev3 equipment made by Zebra have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Zebra products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Zebra" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 45C314 made by Baldor as well as the popular 51195096200 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 475120F11ND052AA0NNNNNVFD by Allen-Bradley and 46702Rev3 spares by Zebra are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 50W80PL0A1AA0BAAA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress--Hauser. |
