COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lexium BPH0952N5AF2CA2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mazatrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cognex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mazatrol such as the C1634B826G51 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D579817 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DMR81000200 by Manufacturer Cognex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Delem Brand DM05K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dolch such as DV10TVGCRT equipment made by Dolch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dolch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dolch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS3800HMPK1F1E made by Ge as well as the popular EVS9223E original spares produced by Lenze-Americas Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DME6010ARPVECF21A3A3B by Grundfos and DV10TVGCRT spares by Dolch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DSMB175 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asea. |
