COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leuze LS78/2.8 Se.1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mac products, including obsoleted and phased-out Markem-Imaje parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mbb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mac such as the PID111JJ55B12PI111JJ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 687802 manufactured by Markem-Imaje and we are pleased to be able to service most Markem-Imaje systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LG25425005 by Manufacturer Mbb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marchi Brand PNSNS1B0064 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leuze such as SLSS96M1080T224 equipment made by Leuze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leuze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leuze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LS9228SEL made by Leuze as well as the popular ICS25DDQP original spares produced by Microsonic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RFT9739D by Micro-Motion and SLSS96M1080T224 spares by Leuze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DDLS200200140 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leuze. |
