COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leuze KA 834 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ltn products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Motion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Microdetectors product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ltn such as the RE151A15 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R100S128NQBAEZZZZ manufactured by Micro-Motion and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Motion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CST509 by Manufacturer Microdetectors as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Microguard Brand MG24AB04 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lifton such as 76NB081S1 equipment made by Lifton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lifton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lifton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available N331 made by Midwest-Mixing as well as the popular SD1105 original spares produced by Mj-Tooling

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8334 by Micro-Switch and 76NB081S1 spares by Lifton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ICS25DDQP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microsonic.
