COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leuze HRTL46B/66S12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micro-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mks parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Litton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Motion such as the H050F322NQBAEZZZZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1160B00010RVSPF0076 manufactured by Mks and we are pleased to be able to service most Mks systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G71SSLDIN by Manufacturer Litton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micro-Motion Brand CMF010M323NRAUEZZZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micro-Switch such as TR34 equipment made by Micro-Switch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-Switch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-Switch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ECF2NH3 made by Manning-Systems as well as the popular RFT9739D4 original spares produced by Micro-Motion Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MODELD25SSS by Micro-Motion and TR34 spares by Micro-Switch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F025S113CRAUEZZZZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Motion. |
