COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leuze HRT 46B / 44-S12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Md-Totco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micro-Motion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micron such as the 361072041358 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 16k manufactured by Md-Totco and we are pleased to be able to service most Md-Totco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R100S128NQBAEZZZZ by Manufacturer Micro-Motion as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mobil-Elektronik Brand D74243 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leuze such as CT501050MBH3 equipment made by Leuze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leuze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leuze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 11FB430 made by Micro-Switch as well as the popular 2001773 original spares produced by Measurement-Specialties Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ASB8LED54 by Lumberg and CT501050MBH3 spares by Leuze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CM1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Macurco. |
