COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Panasonic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Balluff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Muse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Panasonic such as the ANM831 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BTL5A11M0178RSU145S32 manufactured by Balluff and we are pleased to be able to service most Balluff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M720025B by Manufacturer Muse as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand ZXLD300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nerlite such as 22100 equipment made by Nerlite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nerlite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nerlite" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 59LGM205 made by Melles as well as the popular SD2R20600 original spares produced by Leuze

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RMYS5220 by Moniteur and 22100 spares by Nerlite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CMF200M351NU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micromotion.
