COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lenze MCS 19F30-RS0B0-A28N parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gould parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC071C0NS4C095B0W1520LVS001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M124B3BA900F manufactured by Gould and we are pleased to be able to service most Gould systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M10156959 by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand M2539T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wittmann such as MCS09F60RS4P1A14NST5S00NR0SU equipment made by Wittmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wittmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wittmann" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M2AA080A3GAA082001JSA010122 made by Asea as well as the popular LD2003KH00AA original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M38BP821214 by Waukesha-Cherry-burrell and MCS09F60RS4P1A14NST5S00NR0SU spares by Wittmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M344MKOA4001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aeg. |
