COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lenze MCS 12H35-RS0B0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Witenstein product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the M7045T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC90B0JD1B110A0J625S01 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LP090MX15010 by Manufacturer Witenstein as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Slo-Syn-Superior-Electric Brand M112FJ12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lenze such as M63C2 equipment made by Lenze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lenze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lenze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M7738 made by Ge as well as the popular m13021215 original spares produced by Giddings--Lewis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M38BP821214 by Waukesha-Cherry-burrell and M63C2 spares by Lenze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC063D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
