COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lenze MCS 06160EQ1B0-B11N-ST5S00N-R0SU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ormec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hawker-Siddeley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ormec such as the MACDB100PA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M2334T manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L56CS42644165 by Manufacturer Hawker-Siddeley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC090B0PD4C110AWI518LVS001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Giddings--Lewis such as M10156959 equipment made by Giddings--Lewis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Giddings--Lewis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Giddings--Lewis" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M3602 made by Baldor as well as the popular M3617T original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC090C0ED4C110B1WI520LVS00 by Indramat and M10156959 spares by Giddings--Lewis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M605BB1B3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen. |
