COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lenze E82ZAFCC200 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Limitorque products, including obsoleted and phased-out Louis-Allis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Littelfuse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Limitorque such as the LIMIT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 46S016610031 manufactured by Louis-Allis and we are pleased to be able to service most Louis-Allis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 555050002A by Manufacturer Littelfuse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lenze Brand MDSKSRS05632 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ls such as MC150A3022MUSE equipment made by Ls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LSLV0040G1004E0FN made by Ls as well as the popular PCR1820VM original spares produced by Load-Controls Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LSLV0040G1002E0NN by Ls and MC150A3022MUSE spares by Ls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C50L1000ZCU110 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lika. |
