COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lem LF 2005-S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Merlin products, including obsoleted and phased-out Maple-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leuze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Merlin such as the M4030CT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HMI504T manufactured by Maple-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Maple-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CT14225 by Manufacturer Leuze as well.

Spare units by Micro-Motion such as 1500D3AABAEZZZ equipment made by Micro-Motion have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9108203113AS made by Littell as well as the popular M1124RX original spares produced by Merlin

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CL2500 by Magpower and 1500D3AABAEZZZ spares by Micro-Motion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N331 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Midwest-Mixing.
