COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson W8240181.00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Linmot products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leroy-Somer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Linmot such as the 01501615 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the V11D003 manufactured by Ls and we are pleased to be able to service most Ls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LS132MT by Manufacturer Leroy-Somer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Louis-Allis Brand 46S016610010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Letourneau such as 416649505 equipment made by Letourneau have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Letourneau products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Letourneau" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 31410E61350348 made by Linak as well as the popular 50113709 original spares produced by Leuze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 50SLB23L0 by Link-Belt and 416649505 spares by Letourneau are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LR51515 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Linear. |
