COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson N284T34FB2B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Panasonic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the MPLA310PMJ22A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MRM222B1G manufactured by Panasonic and we are pleased to be able to service most Panasonic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPFB430PSJ72BA by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand MPLB540KMJ24AA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sem such as MT30R433 equipment made by Sem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sem" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ModelBVE182TTDR7601EV made by Marathon as well as the popular MPM891ATG6G1R original spares produced by Custom-Servo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPM1143CTJ7G1N by Mts and MT30R433 spares by Sem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MQMA012P1T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Panasonic. |
