COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson N215T34FC40C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leuze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leine-Linde parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Linak product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leuze such as the 0DSL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 109280801 manufactured by Leine-Linde and we are pleased to be able to service most Leine-Linde systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DL2 by Manufacturer Linak as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Louis-Allis Brand MDB2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leutro such as P83MSmart502AR equipment made by Leutro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leutro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leutro" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GFL06 made by Lenze as well as the popular 50113736 original spares produced by Leuze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PBC2100 by Load-Controls and P83MSmart502AR spares by Leutro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lmi-Technologies. |
