COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson M1130409.00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Linak products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leutron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Loetseite product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Linak such as the DL5000DN0500645 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P83MSMART502ARH manufactured by Leutron and we are pleased to be able to service most Leutron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PB186 by Manufacturer Loetseite as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Littelfuse Brand RXEF160 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Linak such as LC22B010200388C equipment made by Linak have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Linak products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Linak" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 57140000 made by Littelfuse as well as the popular 50036010 original spares produced by Leuze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M6K7FB33G by Leeson and LC22B010200388C spares by Linak are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2YAB47804A1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Limitorque. |
