COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson M1125269.00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Longs-Motor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leybold-heraeus product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the M114504000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 23HS9442 manufactured by Longs-Motor and we are pleased to be able to service most Longs-Motor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CDH by Manufacturer Leybold-heraeus as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lovejoy-Electronics Brand 1052 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leybold such as 230035 equipment made by Leybold have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leybold products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leybold" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 50116642 made by Leuze as well as the popular M6C34DB11H original spares produced by Leeson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FPA256X64A by Loma-Systems and 230035 spares by Leybold are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GKR042M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lenze. |
