COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson M1120043.00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lintech-Neugart products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leine--Linde parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leeson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lintech-Neugart such as the RS100100S5N1W0F1M00C000E00B00L5100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 50768905 manufactured by Leine--Linde and we are pleased to be able to service most Leine--Linde systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XXC6T7XK23B by Manufacturer Leeson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Linak Brand s303b in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leeson such as MST1102 equipment made by Leeson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 23HS9430 made by Longs-Motor as well as the popular PL0120x1000 original spares produced by Linmot Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P6C7FB112D by Leeson and MST1102 spares by Leeson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E1030DP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Linmot. |
