COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson E67948 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Harmonic-Drive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Modicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the DFT80K4BMG1HRSAF47DT80K4BMG1HR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CSF17802AR manufactured by Harmonic-Drive and we are pleased to be able to service most Harmonic-Drive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CGD24R by Manufacturer Modicon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baumuller Brand DSG45S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as DV180M4BM30HR equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CM3610T made by Baldor as well as the popular DXM340CB original spares produced by Control-Techniques

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CP4100T by Baldor and DV180M4BM30HR spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D062M121310 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen.
