COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson CZ145T7WC10C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Liebherr products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leeson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Liebherr such as the 10351661 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E84AVSCE2234VB0 manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N6C34WK6J by Manufacturer Leeson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leeson Brand G116700 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Limitorque such as 2YAB47804A1 equipment made by Limitorque have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Limitorque products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Limitorque" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TL6S made by Linear as well as the popular C50L1000ZCU110 original spares produced by Lika Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M4C7DH122B by Leeson and 2YAB47804A1 spares by Limitorque are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
