COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson CM38T34FB2A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the BPH0952N5AA2CA1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C63CXHRF5104 manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CEM3546 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tri-clover-Tri-Flo Brand C114MD56TS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as BSM63N275AA equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C6T11FB2F made by Leeson as well as the popular CBN3253SB3MP140TNM original spares produced by Browning Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CLP2135CS02 by Gm-Spec and BSM63N275AA spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BS90BM20D003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Japan-Servo-Co. |
