COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson C6T17WK10E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Oriental parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the BG3D6302H8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AXH5100KC10 manufactured by Oriental and we are pleased to be able to service most Oriental systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B0024FLF2UMW by Manufacturer Toshiba as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Telemecanique Brand BSH0702M01A1A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Imt such as BM415B02NDZAK6 equipment made by Imt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Imt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Imt" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B402BA1 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular BSK62180R2 original spares produced by Engel Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BGFB15010TG2C by Eurodrive and BM415B02NDZAK6 spares by Imt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BSM80C250AH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
