COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson C6T17FK81/191211.00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toyoda parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aerotech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the B100OD211KG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AP3M120B1C1 manufactured by Toyoda and we are pleased to be able to service most Toyoda systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BM500MSE1000H by Manufacturer Aerotech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vexta Brand AXHM5100KCA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aerotech such as BM250MSE2500HBK2 equipment made by Aerotech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aerotech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aerotech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C145T34FK38A made by Leeson as well as the popular C065H0815 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B1503F1G3UM by Toshiba and BM250MSE2500HBK2 spares by Aerotech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BSH1404P01F2P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
