COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson C6C14FB1H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Num product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the C4D17FK1E10801400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BMR4045ATB00HSDAD manufactured by Cmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Cmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BMH0751N1RF1C by Manufacturer Num as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand BY154YLF2AMH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as BPH0953N5AA2CA1 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ARFPMC made by Semes as well as the popular BN63A4 original spares produced by Bonfigioli Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BPH1153N5AF2CA2 by Modicon and BPH0953N5AA2CA1 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BLH100E12S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Okuma. |
