COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson C4T7DH46A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leine--Linde products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leeson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leine--Linde such as the 53689901 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E119361 manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM34D20NZ1B by Manufacturer Leeson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leeson Brand C6T7VC6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leuze such as DDLS200 equipment made by Leuze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leuze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leuze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A02N00 made by Lenovo as well as the popular E119351 original spares produced by Leeson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C6T7FB142A by Leeson and DDLS200 spares by Leuze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C6T7VC1J Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson. |
