COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson C4D17WK2F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vexta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lincoln product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the C00XM0219 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ASM66MCP36 manufactured by Vexta and we are pleased to be able to service most Vexta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BVMCCN4P1 by Manufacturer Lincoln as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand B0054FLF2UYW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leeson such as C145T17FB1C equipment made by Leeson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BMG1152N1BA1L3V made by Num as well as the popular BMR4045ATB00004DAD original spares produced by Cmc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AKM53GSSCNR02 by Kollmorgen and C145T17FB1C spares by Leeson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C42D17FK2A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson. |
