COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson C4D17F2G & C4D17FKG parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Motor-Appliance-Corp. products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tai-Shi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Okuma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Motor-Appliance-Corp. such as the B85623 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the bTS20132019 manufactured by Tai-Shi and we are pleased to be able to service most Tai-Shi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BLMH101E12S by Manufacturer Okuma as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand AlphaModela3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Us-Motor such as AT42 equipment made by Us-Motor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us-Motor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us-Motor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BA71C4MRV50U03A made by Mgm,-Rossi-Motoriduttori as well as the popular BL80E20T original spares produced by Okuma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BSM90A375AA by Baldor and AT42 spares by Us-Motor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B0404VLF1UNH01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
