COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson C184T17WC3E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Advanced-Motion-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tecnotion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nachi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Advanced-Motion-Controls such as the B25A20ACPAL1andB25A20ACRINV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BVTL15N manufactured by Tecnotion and we are pleased to be able to service most Tecnotion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AUY333C by Manufacturer Nachi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leeson Brand C145T34FK38A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Teco such as AEHE equipment made by Teco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Teco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Teco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B206C39B2S221 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular BM3539 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BSM80N150AA by Baldor and AEHE spares by Teco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AMPH112MBA4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lafert. |
