COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson C184T17FC31C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dunkermotoren products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bauer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dunkermotoren such as the BG62X60 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B0054FLF2AYH manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BG0631D05LA4 by Manufacturer Bauer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand C0156FLF30MWQ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Summa such as AISP35VQ equipment made by Summa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Summa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Summa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AF24MFT made by Belimo as well as the popular B0024YLT2ASH original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BSM100N3240AFP by Baldor and AISP35VQ spares by Summa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AlphaModela12 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
