COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson C184T17FC29E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the BL50E20T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BSM90N2250BAX manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B0052FLF2AM by Manufacturer Toshiba as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand B18H1080MVT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Brodrene-Eegholm such as BF5112M42 equipment made by Brodrene-Eegholm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Brodrene-Eegholm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Brodrene-Eegholm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B31JR60BY012 made by Us-Electric as well as the popular BXM5120C10 original spares produced by Oriental Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BG62X60SG80751 by Dunkermotoren and BF5112M42 spares by Brodrene-Eegholm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BG3B031B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Brother. |
