COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson C145T34FK12C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Apex-Dynamics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kollmorgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Apex-Dynamics such as the AF18052P2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AKM44JVAC2C00 manufactured by Kollmorgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Kollmorgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ATV56D33N4 by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has T+r-Electronic Brand AE65M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Danaher such as AKM42JEKC2200 equipment made by Danaher have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Danaher products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Danaher" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ARMT260 made by Chromalox as well as the popular BMR4045ATB00004DAD original spares produced by Cmc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BALDORACBSM90B3150AA by Baldor and AKM42JEKC2200 spares by Danaher are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BMR4045TEHT101D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cmc. |
