COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson BMQ826-50-R-56C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 U.s. product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the CHHXS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C350 manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E192A by Manufacturer U.s. as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sumitomo Brand CVFJ6175DCY1211184TC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Us such as CBN2702 equipment made by Us have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CHH6235DAY649 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular BMQ83020L180 original spares produced by Leeson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F044075AFFT03C by Conedrive and CBN2702 spares by Us are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DX927 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Overly. |
