COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson 120178.00 C145T17FC10H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Getriebe product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 6199669 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 00518ET3H184TW22 manufactured by Weg and we are pleased to be able to service most Weg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 24E11 by Manufacturer Getriebe as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tai-Shi Brand 20150708 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ingersoll-Rand such as 93969889 equipment made by Ingersoll-Rand have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ingersoll-Rand products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ingersoll-Rand" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 042RNX0030XX03622 made by Cgi as well as the popular 11A original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8525330 by Charmilles and 93969889 spares by Ingersoll-Rand are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1FT3130 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kuka. |
