COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson 110206.00/C6T17FB4E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thomas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hydac product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thomas such as the 931548028 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 01018OT3E215T manufactured by Weg and we are pleased to be able to service most Weg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 20702256 by Manufacturer Hydac as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weg Brand 00156ET3E143TW22 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as 05C053W649E7 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 11004800Dings4610065153U1DD made by Leeson as well as the popular 093A0WS3C110B0 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 11020600C6T17FB4E by Leeson and 05C053W649E7 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 99402760 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ingersoll-Rand. |
