COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson 108231 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Alpha products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alltech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Amer-Carbon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Alpha such as the ZST200PA5500012R1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 63x785mm manufactured by Alltech and we are pleased to be able to service most Alltech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature J36157 by Manufacturer Amer-Carbon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand 17Q20H56 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Apex such as AER070003 equipment made by Apex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Apex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Apex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LP120M0230111000 made by Alpha as well as the popular 22211 original spares produced by Marathon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 35W4700087G1 by Baldor and AER070003 spares by Apex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 43785 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsk.
